2. We book the visit
We record your address and the appliance and agree on an arrival window that suits you.
3. A technician visits
A partner technician comes in that window to diagnose and fix the appliance.

When our operator confirms your phone number during the call, they ask whether we may text you there if the call drops. If you say yes and the call is disconnected before your visit is booked, we send you one text message asking you to call us back. We only text you about your own repair request; we never send marketing texts. Agreeing to receive a text is optional and is not a condition of getting a repair.
