About us
Appliance Care Line is a trade name of Appliance Leads LLC. We schedule appliance repair visits: our call center takes your call and books a time, and the repair is performed by one of our partner technicians, who are independent businesses.
Our role and partner technicians
We arrange the visit; the repair itself is agreed between you and the partner technician. The technician is responsible for the diagnosis, the repair work, prices, parts, any warranty and any licenses the work requires. We aim to keep the arrival window we agree with you, but we cannot guarantee it.
Calls
Calls to our call center may be recorded and monitored for quality, training and resolving disputes.
SMS program terms
- Program: Appliance Care Line repair request messages. If you agree when our operator confirms your phone number during the call, we may text you once to ask you to call us back when the call is disconnected before your visit is booked. We text you only about your own appliance repair request.
- Consent: agreeing to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of getting a repair. See how we ask before texting.
- Frequency: at most one message per disconnected call.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one confirmation and no further messages.
- Help: reply HELP or email info@appliancecareline.com.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Use of this website
This website provides general information about our service and is provided as is. We may change or remove its content at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Appliance Leads LLC is not liable for the repair work performed by partner technicians, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our scheduling service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
