Script version sms-callback-v1 · October 8, 2026
Appliance Care Line, a trade name of Appliance Leads LLC, sends a text message only to customers who agree to it during their call. This page shows exactly how we ask, what we record and what we send.
When we ask
Customers call us to book an appliance repair visit. When our operator confirms the customer's phone number, the operator asks whether we may text that number if the call drops.
What the operator says
"Is this the best number to reach you? If we get cut off, we'll text you there so you can call us back — OK?"
The customer answers yes or no. Saying no changes nothing about the booking: agreeing to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of getting a repair.
What we record
- The answer (yes or no) and the phone number it applies to.
- The date and time, the operator and the call.
- The script version shown at the top of this page.
A yes covers that call only: the next time the customer calls, the operator asks again.
The message we send
If a customer who said yes is disconnected before the visit is booked, we send one text message:
Appliance Care Line: our call about your appliance repair dropped. Please call us back at (619) 505-3355. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
- At most one message per disconnected call, about the customer's own repair request; never marketing.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help: we answer with our phone number and email.
